Our print-on-demand (POD) service is intended for direct customer purchases and authorized partner use only. It may not be used as a fulfillment service for third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms. This includes any arrangement where a product is listed elsewhere and, upon purchase, an order is placed through our store and shipped directly to the end customer. Such drop shipping activity is not permitted.
Sellers may not misrepresent POD products as their own printed, produced, or licensed goods, nor imply relationships with licensors or printers that do not exist.
Resale is permitted only where the reseller takes physical possession of the product prior to resale and does not rely on our platform to fulfill third-party orders. This includes standard retail use cases such as brick-and-mortar sales, convention sales, and other secondary market activity, provided the product’s origin is not misrepresented.
We support a limited number of authorized resellers and partners operating under separate agreements, including licensed resellers, publishers fulfilling crowdfunding rewards, and retail partners. Such arrangements must be explicitly approved in writing by Roll20 LLC.
We reserve the right to take action on violations of this policy, including order cancellation, account suspension or termination, and notification to affected publishers or third-party platforms.
